Black Diamond Cars provides private car and limo service to Vail Ski Resort from Denver International Airport and Eagle County Airport. Door-to-door, non-stop, in a heated AWD vehicle with your skis riding safely inside — no shared shuttle, no waiting for other passengers.
Vail is a genuinely one-of-a-kind destination: the largest ski mountain in Colorado, with views across the Gore and Sawatch ranges in every direction. Getting there should be the easy part of the trip, and that is our job.

*Normal conditions. Winter storms or heavy I-70 traffic can add 30–60 minutes — we track conditions and adjust your pickup time.
We drive directly to your hotel lobby, residence or lift-side condo — not to a transit centre where you finish the journey with your bags. Vail Village, Lionshead, Golden Peak, Cascade Village, East and West Vail are all covered, along with the valley's landmark properties:
Skiing and snowboarding on the largest mountain in Colorado, plus ice skating, snowmobiling, world-class dining, luxury spas and après-ski in Vail Village. We run all winter, and every vehicle carries dedicated winter tires from November through April.
Golf across more than a dozen courses in the valley, fly fishing on the Eagle River, hiking and biking on hundreds of miles of trail, scenic gondola rides and open-air concerts. Quieter roads, same door-to-door service.
Our fleet includes the Cadillac Escalade ESV, the 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali and Mercedes-Benz Executive Sprinter vans for groups of up to 14 with luggage and skis. See the full fleet overview.
Staying elsewhere in the valley? We also serve Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Avon & Arrowhead and Cordillera — or see all rates and destinations.
About 120 miles and 2 to 2.5 hours via I-70 West. In winter storms or peak weekend traffic allow an extra 30 to 60 minutes — your chauffeur monitors conditions and plans the pickup accordingly.
Considerably. Eagle County Airport is about 35 miles from Vail Village — a 30 to 35 minute drive. Denver has far more flights and better fares, so it comes down to what suits your schedule.
Per vehicle, one way. The quoted price covers the whole car regardless of how many of you are travelling, and includes taxes, airport fees and fuel surcharges. A 20% gratuity is added to all fares.
Always, at no extra charge, and always inside the vehicle rather than on an open roof rack. Our Sprinter vans carry up to 14 passengers with luggage and equipment.
We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically — no extra charge for normal delays. If a flight is cancelled, call (970) 261-6509 and we will reschedule.
