A note on names. The Vail Valley Jet Center is the fixed-base operator (FBO) serving private aviation at Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) — the same field as the commercial terminal, but a separate building and a separate ramp. Private arrivals come through the Jet Center; scheduled flights come through the main terminal. We meet you at either.
Schedules in private aviation move constantly. We adjust with them, and there are no waiting charges for flight delays.

A jet arrival sets a tone, and the vehicle waiting on the ramp is part of it. We run the Cadillac Escalade ESV and the GMC Yukon XL Denali for up to six or seven passengers with luggage, and the Mercedes-Benz Executive Sprinter Van for parties of 7 to 14 — or for two passengers travelling with a great deal of equipment. Our chauffeurs work regularly alongside flight crews, security details and family offices. They are background-checked, professionally trained and used to the rhythm of private aviation — arriving early, waiting quietly, saying little. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request, and vehicles can be held on standby for the duration of your stay in the valley rather than booked trip by trip.

Yes. With your tail number and ETA we arrange ramp access through the Jet Center and position the vehicle before you land, so luggage goes straight from the aircraft to the car.
It is the ramp access fee for private jet transfers, added once per transfer. Everything else — taxes, airport fees and fuel surcharges — is already included in the quoted rate.

Yes — a car and chauffeur can be reserved for a day, an evening or the length of your visit, rather than booking each movement separately.
Yes, and it can be signed before your arrival. Discretion is standard for all private aviation clients regardless.
