Your mountain wedding deserves transportation as polished as the celebration itself. Black Diamond Cars provides wedding transportation across Vail, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead — every vehicle, every pickup and every drop-off coordinated so the day runs without anyone watching the clock.
We work directly with your planner or venue coordinator to build a transport timeline around your schedule, not around ours. Cadillac Escalade ESVs and GMC Yukon XL Denalis for the wedding party, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans for guests, and as many of each as the day requires.
A Vail wedding means village layout, valet windows and mountain weather. Venues we serve regularly:
Beaver Creek adds a gated village, its own shuttle system and specific loading zones. We handle gate pre-authorisation for every vehicle in advance.
| Role | Vehicle | Capacity |
|---|---|---|
| Wedding party | Cadillac Escalade ESV / GMC Yukon XL Denali | up to 6–7, polished black, leather |
| Guest shuttle | Mercedes-Benz Executive Sprinter Van | up to 14 per vehicle, climate controlled |
| 50 guests | Sprinter running in rotation, or two vehicles | plan 2 trips or 2 vans |
| 100 guests | Multiple Sprinters running simultaneously | coordinated arrival window |
| 150+ guests | Sprinter fleet plus SUVs for VIPs and family | staged in waves |
Guest counts are a guide — hotel spread matters as much as headcount. Tell us where people are staying and we will build the plan.
For a detailed planning template, see our ready-made wedding day timeline.
We coordinate group arrivals and departures from Denver International (DIA) and Eagle County (EGE), bundled with your wedding package at preferred rates. Guests flying in across a single afternoon can be met and delivered on a shared schedule; those arriving separately get their own transfer with flight tracking.
A Colorado winter wedding is spectacular and entirely manageable with the right preparation. Every vehicle carries dedicated winter tires from November through April, our chauffeurs drive these roads daily, and every timeline we build includes weather buffers. We keep backup vehicles on standby for wedding days and stay in live contact with your coordinator if conditions change.

Three to six months for peak dates — summer weekends and the winter holidays go first. Later bookings are often possible, but the choice of vehicles narrows. A deposit holds the fleet for your date.
It depends on guest count and how spread out the hotels are. A Sprinter carries 14, so 100 guests from two hotels is a very different plan from 100 guests across six. Send us the list and we will size it properly.
Always — most of our wedding work comes through planners and venue coordinators. They get a written vehicle plan in advance and a direct line to dispatch and drivers on the day.
Yes. Every vehicle is pre-authorised at the gate before the day, so no part of the timeline depends on sorting out access at a checkpoint.
Every timeline we build has weather buffers, all vehicles run winter tires from November through April, and we keep backup vehicles on standby for wedding days. Your coordinator hears from us before you have to ask.
Yes — group transfers from Denver or Eagle can be bundled with the wedding at preferred rates, with flight tracking for guests arriving separately.
