The winter problem
Curb space is tight, snow piles grow, and shared shuttles make multiple stops while you juggle long ski bags. Valet areas aren’t a packing zone. Loading in the cold is slow, and wet gear can turn a nice cabin into a drying rack.
The solution: gear-first private transfers
We stage AWD SUVs (Cadillac Escalade ESV, 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali) and Mercedes-Benz Sprinters (two configurations) with winter tires, Wi-Fi, bottled water, and child seats on request. Your driver meets you, handles all loading, and departs immediately—no loops, no shared pickups. Skis/boards ride inside and are secured for the pass.
What we carry—and how we load
Ski & snowboard bags: soft or hard cases. Long bags go nose-first, diagonally in SUVs or lengthwise in Sprinters.
Boot bags & duffels: stacked low and forward for balance; fragile items can ride in the cabin on request.
Strollers & sleds: loaded last for quick access; we protect interiors with cargo mats and moving blankets.
Valuables: keep passports/electronics with you; we’ll make space within reach.
Tell us at booking: bag counts, your longest item (e.g., “195 cm powder skis”), strollers/sleds, and whether you need child seats.
Storage during intermediate stops
Staying with the vehicle: your driver remains with the car while you step into a shop or lobby.
Wet gear protocol: snow-covered items are wiped/bagged before loading.
Safety rule: if a load exceeds safe cabin capacity, we stage a Sprinter or a second vehicle.
Choose the right vehicle (simple rules)
SUV (Escalade/Yukon): families with multiple ski/board bags, boot packs, and a stroller.
Sprinter: larger parties, extra-long ski bags, or bulky duffels where aisle-length loading helps.
Events or two families: Sprinter + SUV with staggered pickups and a coordinator on request.
