Vail ↔ Beaver Creek: move between resorts the easy way Who this page is for

Who this page is for

Guests staying in Vail or Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch/Arrowhead who want quick, reliable point-to-point rides for skiing, dinners, spa, or events—without parking hunts, shuttle loops, or waiting in the cold.

The problem between two mountains

Peak skier waves create pinch points: morning drop-offs and afternoon returns. Winter brings snowpack, ice, and limited curb space at hotel valets and lift portals. Self-parking can add a 10–15 minute walk in boots; shared shuttles add intermediate stops and unpredictable timing.

The solution: private AWD, door-to-door

Your chauffeur stages at your lobby or residence and drives non-stop to the exact drop point at the other resort—no shared pickups. Our AWD SUVs (Cadillac Escalade ESV, 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali) and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (two configurations) have winter tires, Wi-Fi, bottled water, and child seats on request. Gear rides inside; we load skis/boards for a quick turn.

Route & typical timing

  • Vail → Beaver Creek: I-70 West → Exit 167 (Avon/Beaver Creek), then the resort gate and village roads.

  • Beaver Creek → Vail: Resort roads → Exit 167 → I-70 East → Exit 176 (Vail).
In normal conditions, plan ~20–30 minutes door-to-door; during snow or holiday peaks, add a buffer.

Optimal windows (save time with smart departures)

  • Morning ski: depart before 8:00 or after 10:00 to avoid the first-chair surge.

  • Midday moves: 11:30–14:00 is usually the calmest for cross-resort lunches or spa.

  • Afternoon return: avoid 15:30–17:30 when possible; shift earlier or later for smoother curb access.
These are guidance windows; we’ll advise on day-of conditions when we confirm your pickup.

Where we stage and drop (hotels & lifts)

  • Vail side: nearest legal curb or hotel valet lane in Vail Village or Lionshead, with a short walk to pedestrian areas.

  • Beaver Creek side: village drop zones and hotel valets in Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead—as close to lift portals as resort rules allow.
Your driver coordinates with valets and security so loading/unloading is fast and dry.

What to expect step-by-step

  1. Book your pickup window (we’ll help pick a low-traffic slot).

  2. Vehicle details arrive by text; we stage at your entrance.

  3. Load & go—we handle skis/boards and winter bags.

  4. Drop at the door—valet/guest curb where permitted; we escort you the final steps if pedestrian-only.

  5. Wait & return or proceed to your next stop on an hourly plan.

Pricing & how to book

Quotes are provided in advance based on vehicle type and itinerary. For planning across routes, typical one-way totals fall ~$250–$1400, and a 10% gratuity is included in quoted rates.
